In accordance with the regulations set by the Malaysian Immigration Department, all international students are required to hold either a valid Student Pass or a Permission to Study endorsement while studying in Malaysia.

Students who hold Malaysian Permanent Resident (PR) status or a Residence Pass are exempt from this requirement.
