<\/span>We offer two delivery arrangements:

<\/span>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00b7 <\/span>Group Delivery:<\/span><\/b> Orders may be consolidated and delivered to designated collection points for coordinated distribution.

4. Shipping Fees
<\/span><\/b>Standard shipping fees are included in the product price.
<\/span><\/b>Customers will not be charged additional standard shipping fees for the delivery arrangements offered during checkout.

<\/span>Customers will be informed of any significant changes to the estimated delivery schedule.<\/span><\/p>\n

6. Order Tracking & Notifications
<\/span><\/b>Customers may receive updates regarding their order status through email, their customer account or other available communication channels.
<\/span>Tracking information will be provided where supported by the delivery service.
<\/span>For group deliveries, tracking updates may relate to the consolidated shipment or designated collection point.<\/span><\/p>\n

7. Shipping Information
<\/span><\/b>Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details when placing an order.

9. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items

10. Failed Delivery & Uncollected Orders
