Ambient Air Monitoring is the systematic, long-term assessment of pollutant levels by measuring the quantity and types of certain pollutants in the surrounding, outdoor air.
The most common parameters (but not limited to) for Ambient Air Monitoring are:
I. Total Suspended Particulate (TSP)
II. Particulate Matter 10 (PM10)
III. Particulate Matter 2.5 (PM2.5)
IV. Sulphur Oxides (Sox)
V. Nitrogen Oxides (NOx)
VI. Volatile Organic Compound (VOC)
VII. Carbon Monoxide (CO)
VIII. Ozone (O3)
