We have facility that is multi-functional. We are able to customized the setting of our room based on client’s requirements.
Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI)
Our CATI facility can be converted into Test room for sensory research/ CLT. The room can accommodate up to 8 people comfortably allowing sufficient space to move around in the room.
We have 2 such similar rooms so we can allow more respondents at the same time and each station is well partition to minimise respondent from communicating during the session.
Multi-Purpose Facility
We have extra spaces where we can convert more stations for 1-1 interviews.
Multi-purpose room can be re-arranged to be preparation for sensory test, if required. We have a toilet cum washing bay connected to the multi- purpose room. This make washing or preparation more convenient.
Our multi-purpose room comes in a good size of 5.8m x 2.4m where we can host 6 to 8 people comfortably. The room can be converted into:
– In-depth interview room
– Meeting room
– Preparation room for sensory
research
The room also comes in with a 55-inch TV. We have no problem showing any stimulus or materials on the screen.

Why We Use Separate Rooms
We maintain two separate interview rooms to keep different projects apart and avoid any mix-up or conflict of interest. This setup also helps ensure the privacy of each project’s data.
Data Privacy & Security
Since interviewers handle personal and confidential information, we take data security very seriously.
Here’s how we protect information:
- Interviewers cannot bring personal items into the CATI room. Belongings are kept safely in lockers.
- All computers and tablets are password-protected, and only authorized staff can access them.
- Databases are stored securely on our internal server — not on the internet — and only staff with permission can access them.
- Internet access and external drives are blocked to prevent data from leaving the system.
